Put record, stop/play, rewind, fast-forward, and field navigation on any button — or hold a button to dictate and release to stop. Every dictation command your software supports can live exactly where your fingers expect it.

Each button supports 10 behavior types — click, press-and-hold, toggle, latch, multi-tap, cycling actions, and more. A 4-layer system lets you switch button sets by context: one layer for dictation, one for PACS shortcuts, one for report boilerplate.

A USB and Bluetooth hub on your desk

Two USB-A passthrough ports connect your wired mouse, microphone, or any other USB device straight through to the computer — everything reaches the workstation over a single cable. These ports are direct passthrough (no remapping).

Pair up to 4 Bluetooth keyboards or mice and remap their buttons too. Turn a $20 Bluetooth presenter into a wireless dictation remote — PACSPad translates everything to the host over one USB connection.
